Privacy Policy.
This Policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it. We follow LGPD (Brazil) and, where applicable, GDPR principles.
Data controller
Zeit Capital LTDA · CNPJ 52.988.658/0001-57 is the data controller for personal information processed through repost. Contact: privacy@tryrepost.com.
What we collect
Account data (email, name, authentication tokens), brand inputs you provide (posts, tokens, voice memos), analytics events (page views, CTA clicks, signup funnel), and platform tokens from Instagram and TikTok needed to publish on your behalf.
Why we process it
To operate and improve the service, to route content through the correct publishing integrations, to provide customer support, to secure the platform, and to comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Sub-processors that power infrastructure (Supabase, Cloudflare, Upstash, Fly.io, Railway), LLM providers (Anthropic, Google Gemini) strictly to generate your content, and analytics (Mixpanel) — only when you grant consent via the cookie banner. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, and delete your data from the dashboard or by emailing privacy@tryrepost.com. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through the cookie banner.
Retention
Account data is kept for as long as your account is active, plus a short window for dispute resolution. Analytics events roll off after 24 months.
International transfers
Some sub-processors are located outside Brazil. Transfers are protected by LGPD-approved mechanisms (contractual clauses, adequacy decisions where applicable).
Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in. Optional analytics cookies power Mixpanel and are only set when you accept them. You can reject optional cookies from the banner at any time.
Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product at least 30 days before taking effect.
