Terms of Service.

repost is operated by Zeit Capital LTDA (CNPJ 52.988.658/0001-57), a Brazilian limited liability company. All references to “we,” “us,” or “the company” refer to Zeit Capital.

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that jeopardize the integrity of the service.

Do not use repost to produce content that is illegal, deceptive, or that violates the policies of Instagram, TikTok, or any platform you publish to. Do not attempt to automate engagement or impersonate other accounts.

You own the content you generate. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, render, and deliver that content solely to operate the service on your behalf.

Each subscription covers one brand, except the Scale tier which covers multiple. Plans renew on the billing cycle you pick. You can pause or cancel from the dashboard at any time; charges already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Instagram, TikTok, hosting), and force majeure may interrupt the service.

You can terminate at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for material breach of these Terms with reasonable notice where feasible.

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit aggregate liability to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The forum of São Paulo, SP is elected for any disputes not resolved through good-faith negotiation.
